The adjustment method of the error of the
marble platform
Machining error: dimensional error; macrogeometric error; mutual position error; surface roughness.
Tolerance: The technical specification that controls a geometric parameter is called a "tolerance", which is a large variation in the actual parameter value. Errors are generated during machining, and their tolerances are determined by the designer. Tolerance is a larger allowable value of error.
1. Put the
marble platform on the ground, adjust the stability of the four corners, and fine-tune the movable feet until it is stable.
2. Put the marble platform on the support and adjust its fulcrum position to make it as close to the center symmetry as possible.
3. Preliminarily adjust each foot so that each fulcrum is evenly stressed.
5. Use a level measuring instrument, usually a spirit level or an electronic level, to detect the levelness of the
marble platform, and fine-tune the relevant fulcrum until it reaches the level position.
5. After the initial adjustment is qualified, let it stand for 12 hours before copying. If it is not qualified, it needs to be re-adjusted. If it is qualified, it can be used.
6. After the marble platform and
marble slab are used, they should be regularly inspected and maintained according to the actual environment on site.
