Grinding method of marble platform
After the marble platform has been used for a long time, the flatness will be reduced, so the marble platform needs to be ground.
1. Determine whether it is artificially repaired. When the flatness of the marble platform is greater than 40 wires, this must not be handled manually, and can only be repaired with a machine tool. Therefore, when the concavity of the plane is less than 40 filaments, it can be processed manually.
2. Before maintenance, use an electronic level to measure the plane accuracy error of the marble slab to be ground to confirm its grinding procedure.
3. Put the marble platform grinder on the marble platform to be ground, sprinkle coarse sand and water on the marble platform, and perform rough grinding until the grinding sand is finely ground.
4. Use the electronic level to test again to confirm the degree of rough grinding and record it;
5. Use an electronic level to measure to ensure that the flatness of the marble platform after grinding can meet the requirements, and the use temperature of the marble platform is the same as the grinding temperature.
