Characteristics and installation precautions of
marble components
Marble components are also called marble mechanical components, granite components, granite components, etc. Some customers will also name it according to its different uses. The
marble components must be processed according to the drawings, because the holes on the components, etc. A slight error will cause the installation to fail.
Marble components are made of high-quality stone through machining and hand-finishing.
Marble components are mechanical parts and are generally used as assemblies of certain equipment. Like the marble platform, it is also processed from natural marble stone, which is more complicated in processing due to its unique use.
Advantages of
marble components:
1. After long-term natural aging, the
marble component material has a uniform structure, a very small linear expansion coefficient, and the internal stress completely disappears without deformation.
2. Good wear resistance, no scratches, not blocked by constant temperature conditions, and can maintain measurement accuracy at room temperature.
3. It is not afraid of acid and erosion, it will not rust, it does not need to be oiled, it is not easy to stick to fine dust, it is convenient and simple to maintain and has a long service life.
4. Good rigidity, high hardness and small temperature deformation.
5. Non-magnetized, can move smoothly during measurement, no stagnation, not affected by moisture, and the plane is stable.
Precautions for the assembly of
marble components
1. Do a good job in cleaning and cleaning the parts. Diesel, kerosene or gasoline can be used as a washing liquid for cleaning, and then dried with compressed air.
2. All accessories need to be lubricated before connecting. Especially the bearing part and the screw nut part.
3. The matching size of the matching parts should be accurate, and the matching size should be re-checked or sampled during assembly. Otherwise, the accuracy will not meet the requirements.
4. The joint surface of the connection should be checked for smoothness and deformation to ensure that the joint surface is in close contact, flat and not skewed.
5. The seal should be pressed into the sealing groove in parallel, and it should not be twisted or deformed, and the sealing surface should be damaged and scratched.
6. The bearing should be cleaned before assembly, and the anti-rust paint can be washed off before assembly; when cleaning, attention should be paid to check whether the raceway and rolling elements are rusted, and whether the rotation is flexible; when the bearing is assembled, a layer of lubricating oil should be applied to the surface of the mating parts.
